Mechanical Bowel Strangulation Mimicking Mesenteric Vasculitis in a Systemic Lupus Erythematosus Patient
A case of systemic lupus erythematosus with jaundice and vague abdominal pain which did not respond to steroid pulse therapy is presented. Noninvasive examinations and imaging studies showed ileus.
