Community-Acquired Methicillin-Resistant Staphylococcus aureus Pericarditis Presenting as Cardiac Tamponade
Chest computed tomography showed pericardial effusion and bilateral small pleural effusion in a 19-year-old patient. Nine hundred mL of yellow purulent fluid was drained by pericardiocentesis.
