Special Guests:

Jaclyn Replogle, LCSW
Jaclyn Replogle resides in Independence, Kentucky, and became licensed to provide therapy in the state of Kentucky by earning both her bachelor and master’s degrees from Northern Kentucky University.  She then completed 200 hours of supervision in order to master different therapy modules, diagnosis and treatment techniques for diverse populations of patients.  She is certified in cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, solution focused therapy, cognitive processing therapy and  acceptance and commitment therapy. She works hard to impact and improve the lives of adolescents and adults through building relationships, providing education and counseling. Through a collaborative approach to therapy she works to build upon her patients strengths and raise their level of awareness to ineffective behaviors and distorted thought patterns. She has actively worked with depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders and trauma. With further specialization as a trauma clinician, she holds experience in both child development and adult mental health disorders.

Philip Hartman, MD
Originally from Southwest Ohio, Dr. Hartman received his bachelors of science in Biology at Wheeling Jesuit University in West Virginia and returned to the Cincinnati area for medical school at the University Of Cincinnati College of Medicine.  After medical school, he became a board certified Family Physician through training with St Elizabeth Healthcare of Northern Kentucky. He practices broad-based, integrative family medicine in an outpatient setting for infants through the elderly, performing numerous procedures, acupuncture for the treatment of pain and traditional Western medicine for other chronic disease states and ailments such as obesity, diabetes, hypertension, and drug addiction. He is passionate about providing for his patients’ needs with high quality, evidence-based care.
