SMA’s Group Reservation Deadline

A block of rooms has been reserved for March 22 – March 23, 2019, 2018. The special room rate will be available until February 22 or until the group block is sold-out, whichever comes first. Note:  You should book as early as possible as the group block and rate may sell out prior to the hotel’s reservation deadline stated above.  Refer to your hotel confirmation for cancellation policies.

Hilton Cincinnati Airport Reservation and Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel, please do so 2 days prior to arrival to avoid cancellation penalties. At check in, the front desk will verify your check-out date. Rates quoted are based on check-in date and length of stay. Should you choose to depart early a departure fee will be charged.We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.

Cancellation Policy:  All conferences are subject to cancellation. SMA will not refund travel costs if the meeting is cancelled. Refunds are not given for inclement weather. Registration fee refund requests must be submitted in writing to the SMA. A refund of your registration fee, minus a $50 administration processing fee, will be granted if notice is received by February 21, 2019. After this time, SMA will have incurred all related costs regarding your planned registration, therefore, no refunds will be granted. We urge you to register and book early because rooms often sell out prior to the cutoff date.

Maintenance of Certification Knowledge Points

Successful completion of this CME activity, which includes participation in the evaluation component, enables the participant to earn up to 6.5 MOC knowledge points in the American Board of Internal Medicine's (ABIM) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program. Participants will earn MOC points equivalent to the amount of CME credits claimed for the activity. It is the CME activity provider's responsibility to submit participant completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABIM MOC credit.
