Join Mark Griffin and Sherry Pouncey of Blue Eagle Consulting as they discuss implementation, ways to staff a Training and Implementation team, and how to make a virtual training program work. They will also discuss how to bridge the gaps once the EHR adoption has taken place and provide some “pearls”.
