A Field Trial of an Inactivated Measles Virus Vaccine

Abstract

Much attention is being given to vaccination against measles. This is the report of a study with the inactivated vaccine among private patients. Though the vaccine was later shown to be of relative low potency, it did protect 50% of the children, and in those who developed the disease the illness was often mild.
