Clinical Experience With a New Casting Tape
Abstract
Between October 1977 and June 1978, 93 CutterCast* casts were applied at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia. The composition and application of this new casting system are described, and the performance of the 93 casts is evaluated in relation to ease of application, roentgenographic clarity, skin condition, patient comfort, and ease of removal.
