Mesenteric Volvulus in a Patient With Anorexia Nervosa

Abstract

We report a case in which CT examination led to the diagnosis of gangrenous small bowel in a patient with anorexia nervosa, who on autopsy was shown to have mesenteric volvulus of the small intestine.
