Abstract

The diagnosis of this lesion in the old age group is not simple. Commonly the tendency is to diagnose chronic cerebrovascular disease in these patients presenting with confusion and other earmarks of chronic cerebral disease. A high level of suspicion is essential to diagnosis of this lesion.
