Tricho-Rhino-Phalangeal Syndrome with Hypoglycemia: Case Report with Endocrine Function Studies

Abstract

The tricho-rhino-phalangoal syndrome is an unusual disorder of children which includes characteristic fades, other anomalies and, frequently, growth and mental retardation. This report describes the first case of this disorder associated with hypoglycemia which was found not to be due to deficiency of growth hormone.
