Intra-Arachnoid Cyst of the Posterior Fossa Causing Obstructive Hydrocephalus

Abstract

This is an interesting report of the occurrence and management of an arachnaidal cyst located in the posterior fossa in an infant which caused hydrocephalus by compression of the aqueduct of Sylvius.
