Abstract

ABSTRACT:“Mimickers” of vasculitis are well-documented in the literature. We report a case of intravenous drug abuse manifesting with signs and symptoms suggestive of vasculitis. This case highlights the need for diagnostic precision in the evaluation of suspected vasculitis.
