Method of Delivery in Patients with Uterine Scar

Abstract

The authors have as their purpose the demonstration that individualized management of delivery in the woman who has had previous cesarean section is safe in other than the large hospital. Vaginal delivery is to be permitted when indicated, controlled only by careful observation during labor, and being prepared for emergency cesarean delivery.
