Sweet Syndrome and Erythema Nodosum

To the Editor:


I read with interest the letter by Kocabay et al1 reporting Sweet syndrome associated with erythema nodosum in a woman with culture-confirmed pulmonary tuberculosis whose general condition and skin lesions improved following treatment with a four-drug regimen of antituberculous therapy.
