Abstract

The halogenarion of hydrocortisone is supposed to enhance the anti-inflammatory effect of the steroid. However, as the authors have shown, the untoward effects of steroid therapy continue though this new form of hydrocortisone offers aid in the treatment of certain of the dermatologic diseases.
