Dr. Lauren Kosinski is a subspecialty academic surgeon and founder of Metamorphosis Medicine. Her surgical experience spans general surgery solo practice in Alaska to subspecialty academic practice in colorectal surgery with a focus on complex rectal cancer management. For the last 6 years, she has turned her attention to healing the culture of medicine, understanding how half of practicing physicians have an occupational illness, and defining a role as a doctor’s doctor.
