The MedGlobal Conference held October 4-5, 2024, in Chicago, IL, focused on "Post-Crisis Recovery and The Future in Global Health." The target audience included medical professionals, humanitarian experts, philanthropy leaders, policymakers, and refugee advocates. The education included panel discussions on critical global health topics, including health equity, mental health in conflict zones, innovations in maternal care, and the impact of climate change on health. Razom for Ukraine led a dedicated track on health challenges in Ukraine, sharing their expertise and innovative solutions—the event aimed to foster collaboration and inspire new approaches to global health challenges.

Learning Objectives
At the conclusion of the activity, learners should be better prepared to:
1) Advance Knowledge and Innovation in Global Health: Provide attendees with the latest insights and strategies for post-crisis recovery, focusing on critical topics such as mental health, the impact of technology and AI in crisis zones, maternal health, and the role of mobile clinics and transformative medical technologies in disaster-affected and low-resource areas.
2) Understand and Address Mental Health Needs: Attendees will grasp the critical role of mental health in enhancing community resilience during and after disasters. They will learn to implement effective strategies to address psychosocial needs in emergency situations and beyond, ensuring a comprehensive approach to mental health in crisis management.
3) Develop Effective Training Modules: Attendees will gain skills in developing and applying comprehensive training modules designed to prepare healthcare professionals for effective performance in disaster scenarios. Emphasis will be placed on multi-disciplinary collaboration to build resilient health systems and improve healthcare delivery in low-resourced and disaster-affected regions.
