IMG Clinical Observership Program
Program Overview
The IMG Clinical Observership Program aims to familiarize International Medical Graduates (IMGs) with the clinical environment of the U.S. healthcare system. This structured observership will help candidates better understand patient care, medical culture, and professional expectations, thereby strengthening their applications for residency and clinical roles.
The program aligns with the AMA-IMG Observership Guidelines and promotes core competencies outlined by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME).
Note: This is an observership (not externship); participants will not engage in direct patient care or documentation.
