Abstract
The author presents the interesting thesis that alcoholism is being defined legally as a disease. This has many implications in court, third party contracts, and the like. This implies that the time will soon arrive when members of the profession cannot sidestep involvement in the area of alcoholism.This content is limited to qualifying members.
