Hereditary Onycho Osteodysplasia (Nail-Patella Syndrome) Masquerading As Arthrogryposis
Abstract
The nail-patella syndrome is a pleiotropic malformation disorder in which the skeletal system, nails and in some cases the kidneys are affected. This report describes a patient who was long considered to have arthrogryposis. The differential diagnosis and various aspects of this syndrome which is not widely appreciated are described.This content is limited to qualifying members.
