Abstract

By force of circumstances the small industrial plant cannot afford a full-time medical director. Many of the smaller industries are established in communities of moderate size. The general practitioner is a “natural” as part-time medical advisor in industry under these circumstances. Here is an interesting and challenging subspecialty.
