Authors: AGNES SOMLO, M.D., HELEN B. McGEE, B.S.

Abstract

The atypical acid-fast organisms identified in recent years are of interest from several viewpoints. The authors relate these acid-fast organisms to chronic pulmonary disease and compare the epidemiologic peculiarities with those reported elsewhere.
