Primary Ovarian Pregnancy Presentation of Ten Cases, Including One Full‐Term Pregnancy
Abstract
An incontrovertible full-term ovarian pregnancy and nine other ovarian pregnancies are described. Pathologic aspects of such cases are stressed, with emphasis on the difficulties in gross and histologic documentation of those rare cases which proceed to term. Conservation of normal fallopian tubes and preservation of the afflicted ovary by resection of the pregnancy, if feasible, are recommended. This content is limited to qualifying members.
