Rinne Test Modified to Quantify Hearing
Abstract
To the Editor:
With the inception of audiometry, tuning fork tests have gradually lost their popularity. In the Rinne test, bone conduction (BC) is compared with air conduction (AC), but unlike audiometry, it does not quantify hearing. Therefore, in this study the Rinne test was modified to quantify hearing.
