Dr. Ashley Karpinos is an Associate Professor of Medicine, Pediatrics, and Orthopaedic Surgery at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. She serves as Program Director of the Medicine-Pediatrics Residency Program, practices primary care and sports medicine, and is a team physician for Vanderbilt Athletics. Her clinical and academic interests include the primary care of athletes, female athlete health, and resident education and mentorship.

Dr. G. Waldon Garriss is a Professor of Medicine and Pediatrics at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. A Med-Peds physician and educator, he has devoted his career to patient care, physician training, and graduate medical education leadership. He currently serves as SMA's President-Elect Designate and has been an active leader in advancing physician education and professional development throughout his career.
