Prostatic Cancer and Irradiation Its Possible Mode of Action and its Clinical Indication

Abstract

Based upon biochemical and metabolic studies of prostatic cancer cells, the authors have arrived at a rationale of irradiation treatment of prostatic cancer as related to the differentiation or lack of differentiation of the malignant cells. This rationale has been borne out in experimental treatment.
