Course Description
The Eudēmonia Summit took place Thursday through Sunday, November 13-16, 2025, in West Palm Beach, Florida. This health and wellness event focused on holistic well-being, drawing its name from the Greek concept of "human flourishing." The summit aimed to empower attendees to cultivate well-being across physical, mental, and social dimensions of life. Featuring conversations with leading experts in neuroscience, metabolic health, and functional medicine, the event provided attendees with science-based practices designed to optimize human health and longevity.
