Physicians-in-Training Travel Grants
Each year, the Southern Medical Association allocates funds to provide travel grants for medical students, residents, and fellows who are presenting at an official SMA activity. These grants are intended to help defray travel and lodging expenses and support physicians-in-training as they share their work and engage with the broader medical community. Eligible applicants may receive up to $500 in reimbursement for documented travel-related expenses, such as transportation and accommodations..
