Randall E. Glick, BSB/PM MCPRandall (Randy) serves as the executive director of the Southern Medical Association (SMA). Founded by physicians in 1906, SMA is a 501(C)3 regional multispeciality, interdisciplinary medical education organization.

Randy works with the organization’s leadership, members, and staff to accomplish SMA’s mission to transform patient care through multispecialty, interdisciplinary educational activities. The organization supports educational activities for the healthcare team and funding for medical student scholarships and medical research projects. Additionally, the SMA publishes the Southern Medical Journal, a monthly peer-reviewed medical journal.

Randy also serves as the President of SMA Services Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Southern Medical Association providing financial services and travel and tours services geared specifically toward the needs of healthcare professionals.

A graduate of the University of Phoenix, Randy earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management with a concentration in Project Management. He is also a Microsoft Certified Professional, earning his Microsoft Certified Systems Engineering certification in 2000. In addition, Randy is a member of the American Society of Association Executives.

Randy has been with the association since 2002, working primarily in the areas of information systems, and educational activity production. In his spare time he plays ice hockey. Randy is married and enjoys the activities of his four children.
