Abstract

ABSTRACT:Peritonitis is not an uncommon complication of continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis (CAPD). We report a case of Bacteroides fragilis-induced bacterial peritonitis, probably due to clinically occult malignancy, in a 76-year-old woman on CAPD.
