Abstract

ABSTRACTFrom January 31, 1990 to November 15, 1991, I treated three patients by cesarean hysterectomy with cervical conization for cervical neoplasia. All three hysterectomies were facilitated by the use of a combined abdominal-vaginal technique, which is described in this report.
