Abstract
Two brothers with multiple myeloma, both with immunoglobulin IgGk, are described. Although the cause and pathogenesis of this disease in instances of familial occurrence are uncertain, genetic predisposition and environmental factors may play a significant role.This content is limited to qualifying members.
