Hyperglycemia in an Elderly Diabetic Patient: Drug-drug or Drug-disease Interaction?
Abstract
To the Editor:The use of gatifloxacin is increasing as the result of convenient dosing and efficacy in a wide range of infectious diseases. Gatifloxacin is generally well tolerated; however, recently there have been several reports of alterations in glucose levels in patients receiving gatifloxacin.This content is limited to qualifying members.
