Limited Concentration Enflurane Anesthesia

Authors: C. G. BALL, MD, C. A. DiFAZIO, MD, D. W. EASTWOOD, MD

Abstract

Though the use of this new anesthetic has been reported as being accompanied by convulsive activity, the authors in a controlled study found this to be no greater than the use of nitrous oxide, narcotics and muscle relaxants. They believe the use of this anesthetic agent in limited concentration is safe.
