Authors: STEPHEN TROUM MD, MAURICE M. SOLIS MD

ABSTRACT: Mesenteric lymphangioma was manifested as a bowel obstruction in a child with cerebral palsy. Diagnosis was not confirmed until the time of laparotomy. Mesenteric lymphangioma is rare but should be considered in a child with bowel obstruction and no other known abdominal disease.
