Abstract

ABSTRACT: We report a case of sepsis due to Clostridium septicum successfully treated with granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (GCSF). This case prompted our review of clostridial sepsis and considerations regarding the use of GCSF in cases of drug-induced neutropenia.
