Abstract

AbstractThe following clinical observations confirm an earlier preliminary report of 26 patients, describing the therapeutic response of nocturnal leg cramps and other types of muscle spasms to adequate doses of d, alphatocopheryl acetate. In a total of 125 documented cases of nocturnal cramps only two patients failed to show satisfactory improvement.
