Authors: SESHADRI RAJU MD, STEVEN WILLIAMS MD

Abstract

ABSTRACT: We advocate renal revascularization for preservation pf renaj mass and function. That revascularization can improve glomerular filtration and reverse vasculogenic renal failure appears well established. Proper selection of patients appears to be the key for achieving improvement of renal function after renovascular reconstruction.
