Case Report

Simultaneous Occurrence of Renal Allograft Rejection in One Patient and Psychosis in Another

Authors: GILBERT NELSON FERRIS, MD

Abstract

This paper points up facets of medical care which are part of the environment of any unit set aside for intensive care. Attending physicians probably lose sight of the psychodynamic features of the interrelationships involving patients and the unit's staff. These may have importance even though not much can be done about it.
