Abstract
SUMMARYWe have reported a case of spontaneous hemothorax as a rare complication of Osler-Weber-Rendu disease (hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia). Because of the possibility of confusion with pulmonary infarction and its attendant treatment with anticoagulants, physicians should be aware of possible hemothorax in Osler-Weber-Rendu disease. This content is limited to qualifying members.
