Abstract
Cybernetics has historically been defined as “Communication and control in human and machine.” In modern terms, this clearly encompasses the increasingly important area of research in which human and technology are merged into an overall system. It is worth emphasizing that from a cybernetics viewpoint, it is the functioning of the overall system that is of prime importance.
