Treatment of Eclampsia

Abstract

The authors, in an evaluation of a series of patients with eclampsia, emphasize the inadequacy of prenatal care in many of these. They outline their attempts, by the use of magnesium sulfate intravenously, at improving fetal salvage—an attempt in which they have been eminently successful.
