Atomoxetine and Myocardial Infarction

Abstract

To the Editor: Dr Seifi and colleagues contend that a 20-year-old woman had a myocardial infarction after starting atomoxetine.1 It is important to realize that not all ST elevation indicates myocardial ischemia or infarction and neither does a rise in myocardial specific enzymes.
