Abstract

ABSTRACT: Multicentric Castleman's disease is an unusual lymphoproliferative lesion typically associated with systemic manifestations and specific histopathology. We describe two cases of pathologically proven multicentric Castleman's disease along with radiographic and ultrasonographic findings.
