Pseudopericarditis in Diabetic Ketoacidosis
Abstract
The authors describe electrocardiographic changes suggestive of pericarditis in some instances of diabetic ketoacidosis. These changes are transient and apparently benign. They speculate upon the etiology as related to water and electrolyte balance.This content is limited to qualifying members.
