Abstract

To the Editor:

A 26-year-old woman presented with a swelling in the anteromedial part of her left thigh for the previous 14 months. The swelling had been gradually increasing. There was no history of trauma or fever. On examination, a well-defined, nontender swelling in the subcutaneous area of the left side of the thigh was felt anteromedially. The swelling was firm in consistency, and was free from the underlying structures. Routine blood investigations were within normal limits.
