The Sigmoid Conduit as a Means of Urinary Diversion

Abstract

The authors have used a sigmoid conduit in a small series of cases in which total pelvic exenteration was done for malignancy. They have found this procedure satisfactory and point to its advantages over the ileal conduit for urinary excretion.
