Total Anomalous Systemic Venous Return

Abstract

TOTAL anomalous systemic venous return is a rare variety of cyanotic congenital heart disease in which all systemic venous blood drains into the left atrium. We have been able to find only eight cases in the worlds literature.1–6The following case is an example of this condition and is the first report of the long-term postoperative results.
