A Case of Paraneoplastic Cerebellar Ataxia Secondary to Renal Cell Carcinoma

A 64-year-old female patient presented with acute cerebellar ataxia. After ruling out vascular, infectious, metastatic, demyelinating, and medication etiologies, a paraneoplastic origin for her illness was determined.
