Culture-Negative Bilateral Emphysematous Pyelonephritis Presented as Acute Renal Failure and Managed Medically Only
Emphysematous pyelonephritis is a life-threatening infection especially seen in patients with poorly-controlled diabetes mellitus. Imaging modalities (preferably computed tomography) are required to establish the diagnosis.
